Designed for NZ children, Mitey supports schools to deliver an evidence based approach to mental health education for Years 1-8. It is an evidence based, school wide approach to teaching mental health education which is built around the NZ Curriculum and aligned to the Mental Health Education Guidelines.

It helps children build the necessary and age appropriate skills, knowledge and understanding they need to nurture their own emotional wellbeing and those of others.
