An annual literature quiz for students aged 10-13 years, the Kids' Lit Quiz is held in 10 countries - Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Nigeria, Thailand, Singapore, South Africa, United Kingdom, Indonesia, USA and NZ. With more than 8000 children taking part worldwide and new countries signing up each year, the winning teams from each heat compete in the National Finals with the champions competing in the World Finals.

The Wright Family Foundation is proud to support this Kids Lit Quiz NZ since 2015, including the World Finals held in New Zealand in 2016, 2018 and 2023.

Kids’ Lit Quiz are open to ALL students in the respective age range within the New Zealand school system.
