A significant new initiative offered in partnership with Rock Quest Promotions Limited, this scholarship will annually support one student, chosen from the Smokefree Rockquest and Smokefree Tangata Beats programmes or regional musicianship award winner, with up to three years of tertiary education at any New Zealand institution.

It funds their chosen undergraduate degree related to the music industry or arts sector, covering diverse fields like classical or commercial music, communications, music production, and event management.

This scholarship profoundly honours the memory of Chloe Wright, embodying her belief: "As far as we can, we want to enable young people to grow to their full potential, to find joy in life. We believe education, in the broadest sense, is the pathway."
